It Project Manager - S/4Hana

For a leading European company in the Manufacturing industry, we are looking for a functional figure who will lead the S/4HANA migration project.

Job Description The company is seeking a functional figure for a project of migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and development of the main modules of that ERP (FI-CO, PP, QM, SD, EWM). This role will primarily manage the evolution of Finance processes (Controlling, Budgeting, Reporting, Planning...) through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, focusing particularly on the FI-CO modules.
In this position, the candidate will act as a bridge between the internal business and the consulting company responsible for the programming aspect.
In the Finance area, the candidate will contribute to the analysis of business processes and the definition of business requirements, translating them into technical language and directing the work of the consultants.
Main Responsibilities: Collecting business requirements and translating them into technical language to direct the work of the consultants.Performing gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.Analyzing Finance processes.Acting as a bridge between the internal business and the consulting company for programming.Overseeing the launch of solutions and maximizing the positive impact on the organization.Vendor Management.Candidate Profile Main Qualities Required: Knowledge of S/4HANA is a must. We are looking for a candidate with a background in Finance, including knowledge of Accounting and Controlling processes and FI-CO modules. Candidates from both end-user and consultancy backgrounds are considered, preferably with experience in the production sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the candidate will interact with various stakeholders, both internal and external, and will play an active role in the Innovation and Change Management process.
Experience: 3 years of experience or more in SAP S/4HANA projects, preferably in the production sector.
Education: Candidates with a STEM or Business background are preferred.
Foreign Languages: English (B1-B2).
