How you'll live your ambition: We're looking for a talented professional to join the IT Project Manager - Reservation Systems, at the Company's Headquarter in Genoa – Italy.
Your role will be critical to strengthen the team and perform the roadmap towards business objectives. Today we are looking for an IT Project Manager dedicated to manage the delivery of projects and evolution roadmap of applications in the areas of Reservation systems.
You will join the team dedicated to managing application portfolios and evolution roadmap, partnering with the business lines and coordinating IT delivery teams to identify, design and implement the best IT solutions, with the high level objectives to optimize the customer experience and to increase process efficiency.
Demonstrate your passion Optimize the business value delivered by projects and solutions, promoting synergies among IT strategy and business.Define application portfolio strategy and evolution roadmap.Design software solutions according to state of the art technology paradigm.Coordinate application delivery team allocating capacity according to company priorities.Coordinate vendors involved in the application delivery process.Facilitate team collaboration.Get things right How? You will prioritize projects by planning and scheduling resources efficiently.You will maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.Safety First Your innovative thinking and passion for IT systems will guide you to promote corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging on positive relationships with the company's leaders to obtain optimum results.
What makes you unique: Your journey includes strong experience (at least 5 years) in global companies' technology programs implementation.Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in STEM areas/ Information Technology.Track record as Applications Delivery Manager and applied knowledge of the different methodologies.Business analysis & data management competencies.Strong knowledge of applications delivery in cloud.Effectiveness in engaging resources inside and outside the organization.Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools.Fluent English is essential (B2 level), any other foreign language would be a plus.Promoting openness and transparency, welcoming feedback and others' ideas.You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellence in teamwork comes naturally, inspiring others to give their best.Open to diversity and cultural differences.Strongly committed to enhance sustainability.Why Costa We are looking for individuals who embody the spirit of innovation just like scientific explorers of the sea.
