As a key member of the IT Manufacturing area, you will join the team responsible for managing the information systems that support the company's production processes. You will work closely with production area managers, the Research and Development department, and the IT department, serving as the main point of contact to gather and prioritize stakeholders' needs, ensuring continuous alignment between business requirements and proposed IT solutions. Main Responsibilities:
Maintain ongoing relationships with key internal clients and project stakeholders, ensuring effective backlog management of their requests. Acquire in-depth knowledge of all company production processes to accurately gather the needs of managers and production engineers. Collaborate proactively with various stakeholders, managing their expectations and providing an objective perspective on priorities to ensure all agreed-upon objectives are met effectively and within expected timelines. Lead regular alignment sessions between production areas, research and development, and development teams. Work with software development teams to analyze requirements and collaboratively build the most suitable solutions. Coordinate the scheduling of activities to be included in the development teams' sprints and actively participate in team alignment meetings. Approach cross-functional strategic projects with a broad business perspective, beyond IT-specific concerns. Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in managing software development projects on complex systems within modern, structured companies, ideally within advanced manufacturing environments (Industry 4.0). Proven ability to manage cross-functional software development projects that adopt Agile methodologies.
