Join Electrolux Professional Group -as IT PROJECT MANAGER INTERN - Contracts Life Management (CLM) Tool Development ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern for the realization of a Contracts/Licenses Lifecycle Management tool, with a strong focus on Licenses Management This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development, project management, and contract management in the Electrolux Professional IT Department.A Contracts/Licenses Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool is software designed to streamline and automate the entire contract workflow, from contract creation through to tracking and reporting. It enables organizations to manage contracts efficiently at every stage, reducing manual work involved in the process. ABOUT YOUR TASKS:Research and Analysis: Analyze stakeholder's requirements and feedback.Conduct research on contract and licenses management best practices and toolsPropose a panel of possible technologies to implement the best (CLM) tool Tool Development and integration: Create a Project Plan and choose a fit for purpose development approach (. agile methodology) Collaborate with stakeholders to get continuous feedback on features and functionalitiesIntegrate the CLM tool with the existing sources of dataTesting and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to identify bugs and ensure the tool functions correctly.Assist in quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.Documentation and Final Presentation: Create user guides, manuals, and documentation for the contract life management toolPresent the CLM tool to main Electrolux Professional stakeholders ABOUT YOUItalian and English fluentPursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or related field.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in programming languages and methodologies.Knowledge of database management systems (., SQL, MS Access DB).Will to work in team and interact with different people/departments.Ability to organize time and resources in a multiple category environment.Willing to learn.If you are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding internship experience, we encourage you to apply for this position.REQUIRED COMPETENCES• Customer Obsessed - you are focused on delivering value to the customers, both internal and external• Trustworthy – you are accountable and deliver on your commitments.
