Posizione Bulgari Valenza is looking for a talented IT Project Manager to lead strategic and innovative projects at Valenza plant. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing complex IT projects and be ready to apply skills in a dynamic and evolving environment. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and manage a portfolio of projects on various applications and platforms.
Responsabilità del lavoro Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of a strategic project for the digitization of business processes, initially focusing on implementing SAP S/4 HANA. Manage a portfolio of IT projects involving different applications, including PLM, MES, Collaborative Platforms, Anaplan, CRP, and others, covering all typical production functionalities. Plan, coordinate activities, and monitor the progress of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget. Work closely with internal teams and external consultants, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of any critical issues. Profilo Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record in managing at least 2 projects in collaboration with the IT team. Familiarity with IT systems typical of the production world (e.g., SAP, PLM, MES, Collaborative Platforms, Anaplan, CRP). Competence in one or more SAP modules among the following: MM, PP, SD, FI, CO, WM. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Strong results orientation and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different levels. Enthusiasm and team spirit. Nice to have: Competence in ABAP programming.
