For our client in the Pharma industry, we are seeking a dynamic and solutions-oriented IT Project Manager to join the team and collaborate closely with our Commercial and Medical departments.
This role is pivotal in driving the seamless execution of IT initiatives that support business objectives.
Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of Commercial and Medical projects, from feasibility analysis and project setup to execution, delivery, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with business requirements and optimal continuity.
Collaborate with Commercial and Medical teams to understand needs, translate them into IT requirements, and deliver impactful solutions.
Anticipate and address potential project challenges by proactively identifying and implementing practical solutions.
Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding.
Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to meet objectives efficiently.
Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere, encouraging open dialogue and cooperation across teams.
Monitor project performance, deliver regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure continuous improvement.
Collect the need for evolutions of the application portfolio for its own center of expertise.
Having a good understanding of processes and procedures, support key users in designing the 'to be' scenario.
Design a response to functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements, implementing technology solutions on existing systems.
Design evolutions with key users, evaluating and identifying innovative solutions.
Experience Required More than 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in roles involving close collaboration with Commercial and Medical departments in the Pharmaceutical environment.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or commercial sectors.
Education Technical/scientific degree preferably in computer science, or degree in Management Engineering or other scientific disciplines.
