IT Project Manager (JOB-122024-266459) Genova, ItalyFor our client involved in the shipping field, we are looking for an IT Project Manager dedicated to manage the delivery of projects and evolution roadmap of applications.
The chosen candidate will join the team dedicated to managing application portfolios and evolution roadmap, partnering with the business lines and coordinating IT delivery teams to identify, design, and implement the best IT solutions, with the high-level objectives to optimize customer experience and increase process efficiency.
Main ResponsibilitiesOptimize the business value delivered by projects and solutions, promoting synergies among IT strategy and business.
Define application portfolio strategy and evolution roadmap.
Design software solutions according to state-of-the-art technology paradigms.
Coordinate application delivery team, allocating capacity according to company priorities.
Prioritize project plans and schedule resources efficiently.
Coordinate vendors involved in the application delivery process.
Facilitate team collaboration.
Key RequirementsBachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in STEM areas/Information Technology.
Strong experience (at least 5 years) in global companies' technology programs implementation.
Track record as Applications Delivery Manager and applied knowledge of different methodologies.
Business analysis and data management competencies.
Strong knowledge of applications delivery in the cloud.
Effectiveness in engaging resources inside and outside the organization.
Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools.
Fluent English is essential (B2 level); any other foreign language would be a plus.
