It Product Manager

**Main activities**:
- Pro-actively review functional requirements proposing optimization, checking feasibility and providing development time estimation
- Write and edit technical specification for software developers based on DFMEA (Design Failure Mode And Effect Analysis), PFMEA (Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and DRBFM (Design review based on failure mode) methodology
- Managing the technical specification from kick-off to release (Change Request management, bug fixing)
- Track bugs during and after release, writing non-conformity report based on 8D methodology (Eight Disciplines of Problem Solving) for critical bugs
- Interact with internal and external teams to collect requirements, provide job specification, collect feedback and arrange product release
- Write product release notes
**Required skills**:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in software product management
- Experience in IT systems management (Database, Cloud, Network)
- Experience with DFMEA, PDMEA and DRBFM methodology
- Experience with QA activities and non-conformity analysis (8D Report)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
- English: intermediate or higher level
**Nice to have**:
- Structured approach with experience in an agile work methodology
