It's a growing company supported mainly by investments in innovative products and processes related to supply chain ( Warehouse, Production planning, Inventory, Manufacturing Execution, Logistics & Distribution, Quality).DescriptionAs a key player of the SAP Competence center, with focus on the supply chain modules, the candidate selected for the role of IT Process Analyst - SAP will work on supporting and advising the business in their further improvements to the business process design and implementation activities, with the following key responsibilities:Actively seek at finding help to fully understand the details of the Business Processes related to the whole Supply Chain, and have a good understanding of how these impact the other business processes of the companyIdentify improvements & solutions that can help shape the future of the companyAbility to map Business Processes to SAP technologies and practicesWrite Functional documentation where an understanding of technical specification & configuration documents are a plusWork together with our SAP implementation partner for externalized development workDo minor to medium SAP4HANA system configurationsReview documentationSupport and lead tasks in an agile wayProvide support to user requests & incidentsIdentify key drivers to define a problem and proposes solutionsIdentify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgmentPerform analysis and effective diagnosis of clients' issuesHelp and advise in selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific internal client requirementsContribute to continuous development of methods and toolsDemonstrate accountability and contributions to the successful realization of the group IT goalsProfileThe candidate for the role of IT Process Analyst - SAP should have the following skills and experiences:A minimum of bachelor's degree in either IT, Business, EngineeringEnglish and Italian are a must. Any other European language will be a strong asset, in particular, Dutch or FrenchA minimum of 3 years of experience of working in a SAP environment.
