It Operations Support Lead

Role title: IT Service Support Lead Location: Vizzola Ticino (VA) Role Purpose Considering the continuous growing scenario of IOT services, we are looking for an Operation Support leader able to manage the operation of the BSS/OSS platform (CRM, Order Management, Service Delivery Platform, ERP and billing, etc.)
either on Premise or on Cloud.
What you'll do Govern the Tech Operation activities on BSS/OSS platforms (Business Support Systems/Operation Support Systems) in the Production environment, based on internal team and outsourced services.
Coordinate the application deployments on the BSS/OSS platforms.
Monitor performance and availability for the BSS/OSS platforms.
Manage SLA.
Handle customer relationship management.
Define and maintain all operating procedures needed for day-to-day and extraordinary management of the platforms.
Who you are Experience in operation management of complex platforms based on standard DB (Oracle/SQL), Linux, Java and common packages.
Knowledge of ITIL and other best practices.
Experience managing internal teams and outsourced services.
Ability to develop metrics and control models of activities.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Engineering degree in Computer Science.
Fluency in English.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and/or Big Data/Cloudera.
