either on Premise or on Cloud.What you'll doGovern the Tech Operation activities on BSS/OSS platforms (Business Support Systems/ Operation Support Systems) in the Production environment, based on internal team and outsourced services.Coordinate the application deployments on the BSS/OSS platforms.Monitor performance and availability for the BSS/OSS platforms.Manage SLA.Handle customer relationship management.Define and maintain all the operating procedures needed for day-to-day and extraordinary management of the platforms.Who you areExperienced in operation management of complex platforms based on standard DB (Oracle/SQL), Linux, Java, and common packages.Knowledgeable in ITIL and other best practices.Skilled in managing internal teams and outsourced services.Familiar with metrics and control model of activities.Possess good relationship management skills.Knowledge of Kubernetes and/or Big Data/Cloudera.Who we areYou may have already heard of Vodafone - We're a leading Telecommunications company in Europe and Africa.
