You'll make sure the IT infrastructure on-site is maintained and operational so that teams can deliver on behalf of our customers.
Taking a data-driven approach, you'll find opportunities to increase automation and efficiency, and pilot different technologies to support these objectives.You'll report directly to the Regional IT Manager and will lead on-site support teams, coordinate changes and technology launches, and manage risks.
This is a collaborative role that will see you working with site leaders and developing people in your team to progress.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA degree in Computer Science or another technical fieldRelevant experience in managing IT teams and projectsAdvanced proficiency in verbal/written English and the local languageRelevant experience of creating documents like narratives or white papers to present key metrics and their impact on business objectivesRelevant experience working with networks, IT infrastructure, or system integrationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
