Key Job ResponsibilitiesDevise and manage projects, including new technology deployments and internal programmes.Manage and solve challenges involving IT infrastructure, such as local site networks, services and hardware.Support the team with a range of work, including improvements to operational processes, manual work automation, and analysis of solutions.Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot IT solutions throughout their lifecycle.Manage and develop on-site support teams and recruit new talent.A day in the life: As an IT Manager, you'll be responsible for multiple sites and work in different settings where no two days are the same. You'll make sure the IT infrastructure on-site is maintained and operational so that teams can deliver on behalf of our customers. Taking a data-driven approach, you'll find opportunities to increase automation and efficiency, and pilot different technologies to support these objectives. You'll report directly to the Regional IT Manager and will lead on-site support teams, coordinate changes and technology launches, and manage risks. This is a collaborative role that will see you working with site leaders and developing people in your team to progress.
Minimum RequirementsA degree in Computer Science or another technical field.Relevant experience in managing IT teams and projects.Advanced proficiency in verbal/written English and the local language.Relevant experience of creating documents like narratives or white papers to present key findings.
