Your responsibilities
Local Activities:
Develop and implement the technological roadmap for the company according to management and corporate strategies
Collaborate with IT global functions in area of Business Relation Management, Service delivery, Solutions support, and security;
Analyze company needs in collaboration with main interested parties in the organization to develop suitable IT solutions
Supervise, report and record to management all local projects progress
Manage internal personnel training on the technologies and instruments use as Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint,(O1) PowerBi,
Design and implement Regional best practices and share with other Regions of Olympus
Actively participate to European and Global projects in PMO and Service Delivery roles
- Manage Corporate relationships, ensuring implementation of any eventual non-compliance issues.
IT Support:
Supervise local IT infrastructure ensuring high reliability, safety and scalability
- Direct help-desk activities to fulfill all IT needs
Business Support:
Support the management and the business in strategic decisions related to the IT field
Actively participate to Workshops and brainstorming sessions to outline innovative IT solutions in support of sales
Budget and Suppliers:
Manage, review and monitor dedicate budget to IT department
Select and manage IT suppliers related to local instruments and IT services (Voice, Printers, Accessories)
Team Management
Manage internal and external group of resources in systems engineering and software fields for the correct maintenance of available resources and develop/introduction of new ones
Your qualification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
5+ years' of relevant work experience in IT Sector
Experience working in a multinational environment, preferably in a matrix organizational structure
Experience in team and stakeholders management
Experience in IT vendors management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal skills in Italian and English
