It Manager

Responsibilities: Manage information technology and computer systems.
Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Has solid experience dealing with ERP implementation (Odoo).
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Drive innovation and identify opportunities to improve IT processes and services.
Job Requirements BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
10 - 15 Years of experience.
Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
Ability to lead and mentor team members.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
Expertise in network security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, etc.).
In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection laws.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Previous experience in ERP Implementation.
