To expand the team, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated IT Manager with a sustainable vision ready to develop cutting-edge solutions within our organization!
This role will be key in the selection and implementation of an ERP system capable of supporting our company's growth and adapting to regulatory requirements in different countries (Italy, Europe, USA). The IT Manager will also integrate specialized waste management software , ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
Your Responsibilities:
Systems Integration: Integrate various company systems (SCADA, ERP, waste management software, etc.) to ensure efficient international data flow and maximum process automation. Software Selection: Analyzing the market to select an international and scalable ERP system capable of supporting business operations in Italy, Europe, and the United States. Identify and implement specialized software, if required. Implementation: Manage the ERP and specialized software implementations, coordinating with vendors. Internationalization: Define and implement infrastructure with considerations for software localization, multilingual and multi-currency management, and compliance with international data privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR). IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring data security, system efficiency, and business continuity. Cybersecurity: Develop and execute our digital security strategies. Define the IT/Cybersecurity budget and propose necessary investments at each stage of our growth. Proven experience in systems integration. Demonstrated experience in selecting and implementing international ERP systems, preferably within companies operating in Europe and the USA. Familiarity with SCADA and SQL systems and integration of data from different sources. Preferred Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience). Experience implementing CRM systems. Knowledge of project management methodologies. IT-related certifications. Proficiency in additional foreign languages. What we offer:
