We need you to play a key role in supporting the implementation of knowledge management strategies and initiatives within the organization with a solid understanding of knowledge management principles and practices and assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge management systems and processes. Your primary responsibilities will include driving behavior and practice around improving content quality and working with the Content and Portal Services Product team to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them. You will play a key role in delivering on the content and knowledge management objectives.A Day in the Life of a Knowledge Management Specialist: Support the design and maintenance of knowledge management systems, databases, and repositoriesCollaborate with subject matter experts to capture and document tacit knowledge for wider disseminationContribute to the establishment and enforcement of knowledge management policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist in conducting audits and assessments of knowledge management processes to identify areas for improvement Assist in monitoring and analyzing knowledge management metrics to measure the effectiveness of knowledge sharing initiatives.
