- Overseeing incident management process and team members involved in resolving incidents
- Manage every aspect of the incident starting with its assessment and leading up with its resolution
- Lead recurring meetings to keep relevant parties updated on the status of the incidents
- Respond to a reported incident, identify the cause and initiate the incident management process acorrdingly with the group practice and SLA
- Communicate with top management if major issues are identified
- Develop and maintain incident processes and procedures related documentation
- Document incident details, causes, and resolution actions
Il candidato presceltoSuccessful candidate:
- Previous experience in incident management and service management
- Knowledge of IT service management software (eg ITIL)
- Excellent communication, collaboration and coordination skills
- Analitical, problem solving and time management skills
- Attention to details and proficiency in documenting incident
- Degree in computer science
- Good knowledge of the english language
