Printers, fax machines, scanners, projectors, etc.Routine inspection of printing equipment, conference room, server room.2nd level hardware maintenance, such as laptop, desktop, spare parts management and replacement servicesEquipment fault handling - System hardware or network problems handlingServer room access controlMonitoring system event request - Providing monitoring video playback and extraction etc.Air condition and UPS routine maintenance in server room, coordinating with and monitoring the vendor to technical support and maintainWireless network fault handling, the quality test of wireless network, whether having blind spots, delay, switch, etc.
