It Field Engineer

Experience and Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge, experience and expertise in hardware installation, rack and stack, power-up, initialization and initial configuration.
Experience conducting Data Center site surveys.
Knowledge and experience with Storage, Power store and Data Domain, Dell Servers – PowerEdge, MX servers.
Knowledge and experience with Dell Networking switches.
Knowledge and experience with CISCO Networking switches.
Understanding of technology architecture, product requirements and technical interdependencies.
Familiarity with industry standards and vendor specifications.
Ability to work with customers and solution architects or account teams as needed.
Able to solve IT challenges and implement complex enterprise deployments.
Professional level expertise in designing and integrating enterprise solutions.
Able to establish credibility with leaders and individual contributors (e.g., Sr Mgr, Mgr, Staff).
3-5 years of related technical experience in a professional role.
Platform professional level equivalent training (formerly known as DCSE 2000).
Completion of SABA Level-2 "Implement" Learning Path curriculum for each applicable product family for which services will be provided.
Domain professional level certifications in Server and Networking.
