The IT Expert will be involved in the application maintenance and new developments for the ticketing platform developed on the SNOW platform used by Allianz Italy companies.
The Ticketing system used is based on the market platform with some customizations developed in-house.She/he will be part of a team, in close cooperation with the other IT areas, with the aim to guarantee defects free applications availability and on time/on budget delivery of new developments.The IT Expert will report to the IT Application Manager, also proactively supporting on international initiatives, that will involve IT and business to define how to converge towards common processes and platforms according to local requirements and maintaining local specificities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInterface with the corporate user for managing requests both in terms of drafting functional requirements and planning.Functional knowledge of business processes developed on the ServiceNow platform.Monitor the activities of the Application Management team (outsourced to an external supplier), to verify compliance with the required service levels and fulfillment of tickets within the agreed SLA.Ensure that new implementation and projects are planned and executed in line with business strategy and group IT standards.Hold weekly alignment meetings to share the status of activities, any critical issues and possible solutions.KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEAt least 2/3 years of experience as PM / PMO and as functional analyst.Good knowledge of the ServiceNow market platform.Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Strong goal-oriented mindset, initiative, autonomy, proactivity, problem solving abilities.English Professional level.47967 | IT Tech Engineering | Professional | Allianz Technology | Full-Time | PermanentAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
