Role purpose: We are looking for an IT ERP Finance Business Analyst Solution Senior Specialist who will be responsible for assessing customer business requirements and providing the solution design throughout applications that support ERP Finance business processes.
Collaborating with Finance stakeholders, you will analyze business requirements, develop high-level feasibility analysis detailed design and participate in functional testing to validate the solution/programs developed by off-shored ABAP developers.
In collaboration with senior designers and developers, you will provide effort estimation and plan to delivery.
We are seeking a candidate with good knowledge of the main Finance processes in Telco Market and tools (SAP FI-CO), complemented by strong technical skills and experience in SAP.
Project Management, troubleshooting and problem-solving analysis capabilities are required as well.
As part of IT ERP SAP Centre of Expertise, you will cooperate in resolving incidents and implementing change requests.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Key responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the business functions and the SAP IT Developer team Manage SAP SW enhancement life-cycle Interact with the project team (SAP or other applications integrated with SAP) during analysis and implementation of functional enhancements as well as resolution of defects during testing.
Manage the assigned project to achieve the business requirements within the agreed timeline and budget.
Support IT Application Operation Service (Incident, problem) activities, guiding and conducting analysis to fix the issues.
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: What we are looking for: Extensive experience in working in SAP accounting modules (e.g.
FI-CO), integration points with other SAP modules (e.g.
SD, …) or other applications, and customizing Familiarity with SAP implementation and testing.
Basic knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging Experience in a full cycle SW implementation.
Experience designing and configuring SAP FI modules Demonstrated understanding of Application Life Cycle management principles, including service, release and change management.
Can prepare specifications, estimates and solution documentation to support work completed Strong understanding of enterprise and solution architecture principles Insightful understanding of business Finance processes Ideally, degree educated in business administration or computer science Fluency in English Soft skills required: Able to structure and articulate complex and ambiguous issues in a clear and straightforward way, identifying potential conflicts and managing different stakeholder perspectives to make the right decisions Excellent communication skills and ability to influence to challenge stakeholders to ensure the right requirements, and customer experience aspirations Experience in multi-cultural environment, working in complex environment with remotely spread team Self-driven and able to complete task within due dates with high level of autonomy Able to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure Able to initiate, think ahead, plan and anticipate risks.
Comfortable with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability Experience in project management will be a plus.
