JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an IT eCommerce Project Manager ( back-end oriented ), to be part of the Information Technology Department, who will contribute in driving the delivery accordingly to standards and vision of the Retail Innovation dept and IT dept (technologies, framework, operating model, architecture, partner system integrators).
The IT eCommerce Project Manager is responsible for managing all the delivery phases of a technical project from supporting the Business Case assembly down to release in production, from functional improvements of existing assets to realizationof new Digital properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with different project stakeholders - at global and regional level - to ensure requirements are clearly defined, communicated and executed
Analyze, understand and prioritize detailed business requirements
Support the team in all the planning phases and the activities of the project (eg documentation, activity coordination, analysis, etc.
)
Ensure project activities definition and completion, respecting constraints, budget and deadlines
Guarantee the quality and completeness of technical integrations
Supervise and support the System Test and User Acceptance (UAT)
Supervise internal documentation to users
Report to his IT manager for internal follow up of the project
Act as first point of contact for internal users
Coordinate system integrators team in project managing
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Successful studies in business management or engineering
Solid technical background, with experience in e-commerce platforms:
design and backend integration patterns (4+ years of experience)
ERP and logistic data flow
Experience with integration middleware will be a plus
Very good usage of AGILE and Waterfall project management tools
Excellent level of English (Spoken and Written)
