**Position Description**
**We are looking for an IT/Digital Solution Business Analyst, based in Zingonia (BG).
**

We are expanding the team with an additional Solution Analyst to work in Italy and multi-nationally across our European markets within a well-known global brand.
The Solution Analyst will support the implementation of digital solutions in Italy and across Europe, as well any continuous improvements required during the post-implementation period.
**What will be your missions?
**
In this role you will:
- Gather requirements, plan, design & implement digital solutions for all parts of the organization
- Recommend & inspire new ways of working, identifying opportunities to improve solutions
- Key member of the project team driving modernization & transformation of digital business solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders, across multiple departments & countries
- Analyze & translate business requirements to understand needs for solution modifications
- Share proactively knowledge of technology risks and opportunities
- Assess systems capabilities & validate the feasibility of the proposed solutions
- Ensure understanding of any changes or updates to solutions, throughout design, testing & roll-out of the change
- Support the solution development process by providing business & technical best practices & identifying functionalities necessary to cover business needs
- Liase with the development & support team to validate the functional & technical specifications & test cases
**Who are you?
**
- University degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, advanced Business Management
- 3+ years' experience delivering solution changes & continuous improvements
- Very good business analysis & change management skills
- Ideally will have experience working with multiple solutions in & across multiple countries
- Good knowledge of financial services industry & trends is a major plus
- Process oriented with a digital & change mindset
- Able to understand business process needs & translate into effective actions
- Able to effectively challenge stakeholders' thinking in a positive, constructive way & inspire with alternatives
- Pro-active & hands-on with perseverance
- Problem-solving skills, identifying & delivering results with strategic thinking
- Planning & analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work with a wide variety of international colleagues
- Advanced level of English
