**Company Description**:
The subsidiary IT Demand Specialist captures business demands and contributes to and/or manages business driven projects in close alignment with the local business, the IT Manager and the Area IT.
The person maintains an up-to-date and secure landscape of local services and acts as stand-in for the IT manager and the IT team.
The IT Demand Specialist leverages Red Bull's overall IT guidelines and standards and IT service management processes.
Finally, the person is responsible for the day-to-day IT support of end-users, focusing on business processes improvements and continuously working towards an improved end-user and business satisfaction with IT services.
**Business **Relationship** Management**
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the different stakeholder of the local business departments and colleagues of the Area IT Europe and the global IT.
- Leverage this relationship to identify business needs managing their expectations.
- Embrace our demand process to scope initiatives, derive options and push for an internal alignment and transparent decision making.
- Track initiatives throughout the execution, ensure the initial scope and demand objectives met and the delivered output hits desired quality baselines.
**Project and IT Management**
- Drives the project planning process for new demands with stakeholders.
- Aligns local business needs and demands pro-actively with the IT Manager (aiming to promote and push for global/regional instead of local IT solutions).
- Supports local IT and/or business projects, leading defined work-packages.
- Ensures local project tasks deploying global IT services reach highest end-user satisfaction.
- Maintains and improves the release planning process for local services.
- Supports the IT Manager in terms of IT budget planning.
- Take over assignments, leveraging global and area specific project management methods.
- Coordinates external vendors and partners (e.g.
MDM, digital signage).
- Ensures the landscape (user information, onboarding and training materials, IT documentation) of local services maintained.
**IT Collaboration and IT Service Support**
- Maintains and develops a regular stakeholder alignment, sharing relevant information for IT services and capturing requirement and development ideas.
- Collaborates improvement, simplification ideas or limitations in current services, processes & tools effectively for a fast and qualified alignment among IT peers (local, IT Area, remote Service Desk).
- Ensures a professional end-user IT onboarding (leveraging and contributing global standards).
- Ensures a professional and regular IT service communication towards end-users.
- Organizes and/or executes IT security trainings as well as useful end-user IT service trainings.
- Supports local end-user account, access and permission administration for relevant services.
**IT Workplace and Infrastructure Tasks**
- Acts as stand-in and backup for the local IT team
- Supporting end-user device roll outs, maintaining the device life-cycle - e.g.
replacements for notebooks, mobile devices and peripheral hardware.
- Supports in managing local network infrastructure including events by considering global standards.
- Supports with managing local office infrastructure across the lifecycle (e.g.
printers, meeting room equipment including video conferencing devices, office access control, CCTV, etc.
)
- Supports the existing equipment purchase process in-line with standards (e.g.
vendors, part numbers) and the coordination of the RMA process for client computing and/or backend-hardware components.
**Qualifications**:
IT education or 3+ years equivalent experience
Team-oriented, self-motivated personality, hands-on and flexible personality
Good business process understanding, ability to translate business requirements into IT terms
Strong communicator and relator, tact in dealing with end-users
Strong analytical and problem solve skills towards global IT peers
Solid knowhow in Microsoft Windows and Office, Mobile Devices, Mac, AD, Exchange, Networking and Security Services
ITIL v3 experience, ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience appreciated
Spoken and written English mandatory
