You will proactively partner with the other commercial functions within the organisation to implement common business systems and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, manage and execute agreed regional & country projects across our Region (Italy, Greece and Israel)
- Identify, evaluate, prioritize and deliver agreed value-added initiatives across our Region
- Develop and deliver training and continuous improvement programs to ensure system adoption, process compliance and optimum use of solutions
- Provide key insights from financial & commercial data to drive business change initiatives
- Provide input into the assessment, design, development and implementation of business solutions
- Use of investigative techniques (interviews, workshops, observations, scenarios, prototyping, quantitative approaches) to understand the current state of data/processes/reporting
- Document, review, analyse and make recommendations to improve current state of data/processes/reporting - driving consistency across the region
- Engage with stakeholders to baseline kpi's, agree on targets, develop a business case, define success criteria, identify methods of measurement and establish ownership for benefits realisation and measurement
- Champion the development and implementation of data and process compliance measures
- Act as the lead interface for requirements gathering for business projects
- Support country and region specific projects with regard to scope and vision
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- A minimum of 1-3 years practical experience in supporting a commercial function from an IS perspective, covering both operational and project related activities
- Technical knowledge and practical experience in Sales Solution and Data & analytics area
- Intermediate level of commercial acumen, be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial business processes and their interdependencies, and articulate how technology is used as an enabler to run and transform a commercial operation
