**Key Responsabilities**:
As the IT Corporate Functions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end solutions development for business as usual systems within the IT Corporate Functions domain. Your primary focus will be on technical delivery management for HR, External & Legal Affairs, Privacy, and Credit projects, overseeing the entire software lifecycle from requirement analysis and estimation to production delivery. You will be responsible for designing and delivering cutting-edge systems, ensuring seamless integration into the existing infrastructure.
**Responsibilities include**:
- End-to-End Accountability: Manage the complete lifecycle of IT Corporate Functions systems, ensuring efficient solutions development and delivery.
- Technical Delivery Management: Oversee projects for HR, External & Legal Affairs, Privacy, and Finance, ensuring successful execution from conception to production deployment.
- IT Digitalization and modernization under Corporate Functions domain: Digitalize experience on corporate systems, lead onshore and offshore developers teams, lead initiatives for systems renewal, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Budget Oversight: Take full accountability for budget management, defining project needs, engaging vendors, and monitoring spending to meet predefined targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Digital HR Transformation: Experience in HR and projects related to Digital HR Transformation.
- Legal Affairs and Telco Industry: Experience in the External & Legal Affairs functional domain, specifically within the Telco industry.
- Infrastructure Expertise: Experience in the infrastructure domain, including system replatforming and cloud migration.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
