Collaborate with vendors to ensure the integration of industry-leading software solutions tailored to the luxury hospitality sector.Data Security and ComplianceImplement robust data security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies.Collaboration with Hotel DepartmentsWork closely with Hotel's departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions. Implement technology strategies that align with the overall business objectives and enhance the guest experience.Additional responsibilities:Support the management of the annual IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency, in accordance with the Company budget.Perform auditing activities on the system, generating performance audit reports.Ensure that all IT activities are performed and managed in response to the needs of different users, in compliance with current legislation and business procedures.Propose and implement Cyber Security actions, procedures and strategies with a view to preventing cyber threats and crimes.Drafting of guidelines, protocols and functional procedures.Competenze ed esperienzaBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
