Role Purpose
Design and delivery governance of solutions on Vodafone Italy Sales Channels systems for Vodafone Consumer business unit, covering integration with an extensive set of BSS domains (e.g. Order Management, Inventory, etc.) as part of Sales Channels Team.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise on BSS applications domain, identifying the best technical solutions, increasing operative efficiency and contributing to the design of an overall simple, effective and future proof customer experience. The candidate will be responsible of understanding business objectives and requirements, designing solutions to deliver the requested functionalities and help achieve the client's business goals in alignment with IT Architecture and Cyber Security teams, managing all aspects of the delivery – from concept to rollout – guaranteeing time to market, best use of budget, and proper business stakeholders alignment.

- End to end accountability on assigned projects belonging to Sales Channels domain
- Functional and technical ownership of underlying applications
- Solution design
- Solution estimates
- Supplier management
- Support to Quality Assurance team in project certification
- Support to Quality Assurance team in project rollout to production and stabilization
- Project management activities

Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- 5+ years of professional experience on IT domain

Academic Background: Bachelor degree
