Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for IT systems, cybersecurity, and digital projects, collaborating with business lines across all TotalEnergies entities in Italy and managing the project portfolio.

You'll thrive in a dynamic international environment, collaborating with passionate individuals in their field, always brimming with ideas.Minimum RequirementsPreferably a Master's degree in computer engineering, solid technical knowledge across all IT areas (Telecom, Windows, Software, IT project Management);Minimum 5 years of experience in IT with previous project management experience;Excellent command of both Italian and English languages;Strong relationship-building skills, listening ability, problem-solving aptitude, innovation, and proactiveness;Leadership skills, team development, and management capabilities.ActivitiesResponsible for significant IS/Business related projects throughout the year, handling the functional analysis as well as the technical implementation;Contribute to the improvement and structuring of the domain's IS through the optimization of business processes, data, applications and associated systems;Manage information security and cybersecurity by offering awareness, consultancy, advice and practical assistance throughout the affiliate and by promoting the importance of managing information security risks more efficiently and effectively;Develop and implement IST key performance indicators and ensure regular updates by all IST departments;Analyze the needs of the business lines, verify the adequacy of the IS supporting the activities of the business, and propose innovative solutions (process and / or technical) to meet the needs expressed;Manage the relationship with suppliers, oversee the realization of SLAs.
Benchmark IT suppliers' offerings and ensure appropriate supplier selections;Ensure technical support, operational assistance, and quality assurance for the different business units;Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance of Digital solutions, analyze and optimize the cost of IT services;Support the IT Manager in establishing an IT Shared Services at the country level particularly in the area of infrastructure and user services combining the various teams in charge of these aspects within each LBU;Build, in collaboration with the IT Manager, the IT roadmap taking into account central roadmap and local IT/IT Métier and Digital projects following the process defined at the Company level and define the IT local strategy.Context EnvironmentTotalEnergies has been present in Italy for over 70 years.
