Minimum Requirements Preferably a Master's degree in computer engineering, solid technical knowledge across all IT areas (Telecom, Windows, Software, IT project Management); Minimum 8 years of experience in IT with significant project management experience; Excellent command of both Italian and English languages; Strong relationship-building skills, listening ability, problem-solving aptitude, innovation, and proactiveness; Leadership skills, team development, and management capabilities.
Activities Responsible for significant IS/Business related projects throughout the year, handling the functional analysis as well as the technical implementation; Contribute to the improvement of IS structure and organization through the optimization of business processes, data, applications and associated systems; Monitor day to day recurrent services, projects, and major incidents: ensure communication and coordination on problems, major incidents and crises, be the escalation point in the affiliate on incidents.
Manage information security and work closely with Cybersecurity Officer to raise awareness, advise and assist the affiliate on Cybersecurity topics and promote the importance of managing information security risks more efficiently and effectively.
Ensure technical support, operational assistance for the different business units; Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance of Digital solutions, analyze and optimize the cost of IT services; Monitor / Control / Update/ Validate the Inventories (IT assets and users) on a regular basis; Track billing of the services under IT responsibility and manage claims; Monitor the obsolescence of technical core components (OS, Databases, Visio conferences...) and ensure that the renewal plan is up to date taking into account new solutions; Support the IT Manager in building a global strategy for IT Shared Services at the country level particularly in the area of infrastructure and user services combining the various teams in charge of these aspects within each LBU; Propose, implement, and follow action plan and timeline to accompany change and ensure all users are well trained on new IT usages.
In collaboration closely with the IT Manager, build the IT roadmap taking into account the headquarter's roadmap and the local IT and business needs.
Apply the process defined at Company level to define the IT Strategy and implement the IT Roadmap.
Manage interactions with suppliers/contractors and the related SLAs (timescale/Budget) and assess their performance.
Analyze feedback from local users and Metiers Satisfaction (organize local survey), track changes and develop service performance indicators and service levels (availability, performance, cost).
