Per importante realtà Manufacturing, annoverata nell'albo dei marchi storici italiani e leader internazionale nella produzione di componentistica per l'industria, siamo alla ricerca di un IT Business Partner - SAP Logistic and Supply Chain .
E' richiesta un'esperienza di almeno 5 anni e la conoscenza di almeno uno dei seguenti moduli SAP: SD , MM , PP .
Inoltre, visti i progetti di roll out nelle filiali estere, è richiesta una buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
La sede di lavoro è Monza (MB).
KEY REPONSABILITIES Support process design and promote best-practice adoption Accountable for the definition of a technology product portfolio supporting the delivery of business capabilities and requirements Responsible for projects value identification, solution adoption and value realization Ensure that the solution blueprint is aligned to functional requirements, as well as to the overall technology framework Ensure the proper master data governance model in order to have consistency between master data, processes and reporting Ensure continuous improvement of live applications, constantly evaluating the current solutions vs the business needs to deploy a major level of effectiveness and efficiency Contribute to business cases definition, in collaboration with Business Stakeholders, identifying new solutions to support the business capabilities and - once approved - build a globally deployable platform Project design and monitoring of each phase, managing priorities and involving all the stakeholders needed for implementations Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high quality applications Standardize the applications development among the affiliates and plants Manage small enhancement requests Collaborate effectively with all team members Collaborate with other team members like Infrastructure, Governance and Computer System validation Work with supplier and external partner/consultants JOB REQUIREMENTS Professional experience: 5+ years in similar roles in a complex company or consulting company Academic background: Scientific Degrees (preferably ICT or Engineering) would be a plus TECHNICAL SKILLS Strong knowledge of SAP MM or SAP SD or SAP PP Good English oral and written Experience in SAP implementation projects Knowledge of SAP 4/HANA would be a plus COMPETENCIES Excellent team working & collaborative Good organization Excellent communication Results-oriented Problem solving Adaptability #J-18808-Ljbffr
