It Business Partner Finance

For a leader Cruise Line Company I'm looking for an **IT Business Partner** focused in Finance field.
The chosen **IT Business Partner **will be dedicated to financial projects and portfolios, including, partnering with the business lines and coordinating the IT teams to identify, design and implement the best IT solutions, with the high level objectives to optimize the customer experience and to increase process efficiency.
**Main responsibilities**
- be in the business review and strategic meetings as technology expert
- optimize the business value delivered by projects and solutions, promoting synergies among IT strategy and business
- coordinate the demand
- prioritize projects plan and scheduling resources efficiently
- share project learning and knowledge
- facilitate team collaboration
- produce high level project reports for stakeholders and executive committee
**Key requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in STEM areas/ Information Technology
- Strong experience (at least 7 years) in global companies' technology programs implementation
- Track-record as IT Finance Systems Project Manager and applied knowledge of the different methodologies
- Knowledge of Finance tecnhnology evolutionary scenarios
- Business analysis & data management competences
- Effectiveness in engaging resources spread across the organization fuctions
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools
- Fluent English is essential (B2 level), any other foreign language would be a plus
