The Italy Hub IT Business Integrator is responsible to enable the Italy Hub to achieve key business priorities through the effective execution of the IT initiatives.
The business integrator acts as IT lead of the projects, bridging between the business stakeholders and the different ITglobal /regional and local teams.
He/she is responsible to provide business value through the implementation of impactful solutions, ensuring to complete the projects on time, on budget and on quality.
He/she also drives the OCM to ensure the appropriate solutions' adoption.
The business integrator contributes to the Italy Hub transformation agenda as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities/ Deliverables
- To embody the Team Lilly values.
- To engage with the Italian key business stakeholders to contribute to identify opportunities for IDS to deliver business value, in full compliance and in adherence with Hub and IBU governance.
- To lead the projects implementation in Italy for the assigned portfolio and according to the agreed priorities.
- To track and foster the adoption of the implemented IDS solutions, in partnership with the business functions.
- To act promptly in case of notified issues, to minimize the disruption to business by coordinating the appropriate IDS and business teams towards the resolution.
- To maintain a productive relationship with the regional/global teams as appropriate to collect the appropriate info to support the Italy Hub priorities.
- To work in team to develop and implement IDS-related OCM initiatives
- To coordinate the implementation of some IBU initiatives across Italy Hub
- To act as point-of-contact for Italy Hub IDS team for assigned cross-geographical workstreams
- To participate actively into selected/delegated Italy Hub cross-functional governance bodies.
- To contribute to the Italy Hub transformation journey, according to the defined agenda and according to the assigned roles.
Basic requirements
- Located in Italy
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, engineering, or related disciplines
- MBA
- >2yrs experience in consultancy agencies
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Proven business acumen and learning agility
- Demonstrated teamwork and understanding of cultural and cross functional diversity
- Proven ability to manage conflict effectively, problem solve and deal with ambiguit
- Strong team engagement skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical business
- experience in team management
- Six sigma BB or GB
- Project Management certification
