Your Opportunity Location: Lomazzo (CO) or Stabio (Ticino) As IT Business Continuity Direct to Consumer Specialist you will join the Business Continuity team to support the Retail in Zegna on SAP S/4, SAP CAR and Fiori APP, acting as first level of support for business.
Furthermore, you will actively support the Direct to Consumer project teams during the roll-out phase on new Regions to minimize the impact on already .
How will You contribute - Act as fist Level of contact for Retail in case of issues - Maintain and support existing solutions - Manage, together with external providers, the second level of support - Coordinate Application Maintenance activities in SAP S/4, SAP CAR and Fiori APP for Retail - Execute test scripts, support user acceptance test, plan and coordinate go-live and post go-live activities Who you are You are a professional with strong analytical skills, attention to details and technicalities.
You have: - Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP SD/MM Module (FMS, IS Retail, S/4 Hana, AFS environment preferred) - Experience on the retail processes, specifically store operations and e-com integration - Experience on fashion and luxury market or in omnichannel solution will be considered as a plus - Fluency in spoken and written English
