Job description Join the Amaris Consulting talent network as an IT Business Analyst ( Supply Chain) - fullremote from Italy!
What will you do?
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IT solutions, with a focus on the Supply Chain and Retail domains.
Analyze global retail and back-end e-commerce processes, ensuring smooth systems integration across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to design IT solutions that meet business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Work on process improvements and optimizations, supporting the design and implementation of new systems or technologies.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Migration Acceptance Testing (MAT) to ensure the quality of IT solutions.
Provide expertise in Demand and Forecasting planning tools, supporting the supply chain team in enhancing forecast accuracy and demand planning processes.
Assist in the implementation of IT solutions related to supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
Work closely with diverse teams across different regions to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
Support the integration of supply chain systems, ensuring data flows and processes are optimized for global operations.
Stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies related to supply chain management and e-commerce integration.
? What do we request?
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, systems analysis, or related field.
7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, specifically in the Supply Chain area.
Strong knowledge of global retail, back-end eCommerce processes, and systems integrations.
Experience with Demand and Forecasting planning tools is a nice to have.
Proven expertise in gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, and collaborating on IT solution design and implementation.
Hands-on experience in process improvement initiatives within IT and business operations.
Experience conducting UAT/MAT and ensuring IT solutions meet business and user needs.
Ability to work with key stakeholders from multiple regions and teams.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders across different nationalities and mediums (face-to-face and remote).
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a keen ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience in a global work environment, collaborating with virtual teams across different time zones.
