FAAC Technologies, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, is looking for an IT Business Analyst - SAP SD within our Information & Digital Technology Services department.
The successful candidate will work closely with other Business Analysts, focusing specifically on the SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module; designing, implementing, and deploying SAP solutions to support daily business requests and projects.
The position is based in our HQ in Zola Predosa (BO), with the possibility of hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze and understand business requirements of Sales and Logistics functions.Suggest and design solutions for various Sales and Logistics scenarios.Support HQ and/or subsidiary projects related to SAP.Perform root cause analysis, analyze technical and functional requirements, and prepare functional specifications.Resolve issues arising from daily use of applications (helpdesk and maintenance).Support business stakeholders and partners in requirements gathering, solution definition, user acceptance testing, and deployment.Liaise with other IT Teams to manage enhancements and SAP initiatives.Key Requirements:Academic background in Information Technologies and/or Management Engineering.At least 2 years of working experience in the SAP SD module.Experience in other SAP modules (MM, PP...) will be considered a plus.Fluency in English.Availability to travel.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Extended problem-solving skills.Good interpersonal skills and understanding of the internal client.At FAAC Technologies, our commitment to equality and inclusion reflects our intention to cultivate a work environment that acknowledges and values the uniqueness of each individual and embraces diversity in all its forms.
