IT Business Analyst - M/W - IT (Information Technology) - Milano, Italy SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A ., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).
Mission:
The Business Analyst is a functional specialist, dealing with different stakeholders to define and document Business needs and software requirements. The Business Analyst advises, reports and alerts to optimize and enhance solutions favoring the delivery of value.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Cooperates with Owner of Business line (Value Chain - Agile Methodology) to develop the proper initiatives on Information System to effectively support the Business. Has active role in guaranteeing security and proper functioning of Information System segment assigned to the team Plans and monitors the IT evolutions for external developments and supports the Manager on management and supervision of external providers. Is responsible for IT projects and change requests of the Value Chain Is a functional specialist that supports multiple skillsets as a team member of the Agile Team from Business Analysis, Experience Design, Testing and Production Support to ensure the delivery of working code with the aim of supporting the prioritized business needs Is part of Agile Chapter Business Analyst and contributes to Agile Chapter Support Profile required
Studies & experience: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related studies At least 3 years of experience in the role, handling complex projects Preferable: prior experience in Securities Banking Operations/Custodian and Settlement perimeter Language skills: Italian: C2 English: C1 Technical, operational & Soft skills: Valuable asset : Agile Methodology, ITIL Methodology, Project Management Office and Microsoft 365 Cooperation and collective Mindset Empowerment and accountability Problem solving Negotiation skills Flexibility Result orientation Job not submitted to MIFID II Why join us
