YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate, analyze and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation Identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data Lead the technical business processes, by developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels Perform, evaluate and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science Previous years of experience in IT department and in data visualization Strong working knowledge of relevant ERP, CRM, BI, and Enterprise Content-Management-System-Application including programming languages to build up, support and maintain the interfaces between the applications Customer and service-oriented mindset High proficiency in technical writing and in managing projects and user testing Good knowledge of English, German and/or Italian OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits J-18808-Ljbffr
