It Business Analyst - Focus Testing

Within the MSC Technology structure, the Business Analyst (focus Testing) position's mission is to provide analysis, develop and maintain reports for HQ projects.

The position requires analytical skills with a strong technical background, especially in the testing field.

Key Responsibilities Ensure the understanding of business needs and be able to translate business needs into technical solutions.Provide guidance to the teams during the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery alignment with business requirements.Create business use cases - mandatory fields, field type, structure of the message, etc.Perform data analysis, document project testing, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and generate ad-hoc reports.Collaborate functionally with the team in Geneva.Additional Responsibilities Work in an agile framework.Qualifications And Experience

Required:

Excellent data analysis skills.Experience working in IT or equivalent as a tester or BA.Motivation to learn about maritime/logistics business.Fluency in English (oral and written).Preferred:

Experience with JSON or XML or equivalent structured scripting language.Proven multicultural experience and working with different multiple teams.Experience with Agile methodologies.
