This multifaceted position combines business analysis, functional and technical skills, and project management to ensure the delivery of projects and products that meet business and end-user needs.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, goals, and priorities.Perform in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and clear, concise functional requirements.Quality Assurance (QA): Define test cases, acceptance criteria, and conduct integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.Ensure the delivered product meets quality standards and is user-friendly.Project Management: Manage project timelines and resources/partners to ensure on-time delivery.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, and other involved parties.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and resolve issues.Qualifications and Skills:Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.Advanced knowledge of English.Proven experience in a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes.Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration software.Certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.Technical skills in SQL: certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or SQL-related credentials are an added value.Conclusion:The IT Business Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that our projects and products align with the organization's strategic goals and meet the needs of stakeholders and end-users.
