We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and develop high-tech solutions to improve the support of our Partners and serve Our Customers.

Duties and Responsibilities Collect and document of business Requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts Arrange and Lead End-to-End Analytical WorkGroups Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge guidelines for Operational Services Learn the Data Ecosystem and Flow Gain an in depth hands-on Experience on the Data structures and systems for existing processes Demostrate the willingness to learn new technologies and work methodologies Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases Bring inefficiencies, inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all IT policies and processes Process Analyst requirements and qualifications Experience with subscription business models Fluency in SQL and Data Modelling Experience in a supporting role on a team whose sole purpose is to make Partners and Customers look good Previous working experience as a Business Analyst Excellent organizational and time management skills Outstanding communication and presentation skills Critical thinker Full-time permanent employment offered.
