Job Overview As an IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our customers and business partners, reporting directly to the Manager of reference, in order to collect and analyze requirements and draw up functional and technical documentation.
According to your seniority level, you will also supervise the technical implementation of the required business solution, monitor the progress of projects, as well as timing, deadlines, and results compared to the initial plan.
Key Responsibilities Understanding of global customer's business processes and needs;Leading business workshops and collecting customers' requirements;Translating functional requirements into functional specifications and documents;Designing and executing functional & integration testing;Designing and supporting User Acceptance Tests;Training customers and partners on product functionalities.Required Experience and Skills: Degree in Management Engineering or related subjects, such as Computer Science and Statistics;Experience in writing functional specification documents;Experience with defining and carrying out test plans, to ensure the software developed fulfills the business requirements defined;Experience with planning and designing integration solutions to integrate with enterprise systems using Soap & REST web services;Experience with SQL (access, retrieve, manipulate and analyze data);Analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems and activities;Experience with Agile methodology;Experience participating in complex, international projects;Experience with customer-facing consultation;Ability and willingness to travel for international business trips;Good communication and interpersonal skills;Location flexible approach: you will be able to choose where to work from within Italy (and within the constraints of the business requirements);Learning Path: since we advocate continued learning, you will have free access to the e-learning platforms and participation in the training courses.Stimulating, young, innovative, and global working environment to unleash your full growth potential.
