About the job IT Business Analyst Client: Our client is an Italian multinational company operating in the textile sector, characterized by an ambitious and creative spirit. Role: We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the IT department, which consists of three team members. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing centralization projects for the company's applications, from defining business requirements to validating the final output, with a strong focus on business aspects related to e-commerce and CRM.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, understand, and document business requirements for the e-commerce platform and its future evolution towards CRM projects and related initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams to design and document digital solutions that align with business requirements. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments on application architecture to ensure seamless integration across various IT systems. Identify tools to analyze and interpret customer data, recognizing trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing customer experience and service offerings. Maintain the data model and processes for digital systems, ensuring smooth integration between IT solutions. Work closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation. Provide ongoing support to business users throughout the project lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital solutions. Support strategic business analysis and standardize the digital solution architecture to enhance customer data management processes. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize customer interactions and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Management Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in IT business analysis. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and related add-ons. Experience working with SQL, including writing queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data. Proven ability to manage development projects involving system integrations. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
