Your Opportunity: Your primary responsibility will be to align our technological capabilities with the Industrial team's demands to ensure seamless operations and innovation. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and on-going management of technology solutions that enhance supply chain visibility, product digital assets and overall industrial processes optimisation. Your Contribution: Oversee all operational aspects of supporting a new application within the Industrial and Digital Manufacturing sector; Plan, coordinate, and execute application releases, including post-release validation and troubleshooting, specifically tailored for the systems; Direct and resolve incidents and service requests promptly, reducing SLA breaches and minimizing production downtime; Mentor and guide IT support staff to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement within a manufacturing context; Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, workflows, and release protocols specific to industrial applications. Your Skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus; Experience in a IT technology role within an industrial or manufacturing environment; Hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management tools is highly preferred, particularly for apparel/fashion use cases; Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies in alignment with business objectives; Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills; Hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management tools is highly preferred, particularly for apparel/fashion use cases; Fluent in Italian and good knowledge in English.
