How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As a crucial member of the "Digital & IT" department at Air Liquide Healthcare Italia, your main goal is to support the IT Application Manager at Medicasa Italia SPA in leading digital transformation initiatives across various business functions.
Your responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of digital solutions (both web and mobile platforms) in collaboration with external vendors.
Conduct complete user acceptance tests with business units, provide user training sessions, and create detailed technical and functional documentation for various applications.
Be responsible for defining system interfaces to connect Medicasa Italia SPA's IT framework with client and vendor systems.
Drive business intelligence and analytics projects using Microsoft Power BI, aiding daily operations and assisting users from different business functions in developing KPI dashboards and reports.
Supervise the delivery and maintenance of existing solutions, ensuring continuous improvements and working with development teams to address any issues.
Are you a MATCH?
Demonstrated proficiency of 2 to 4 years in IT departments of corporations or leading IT consulting firms.
Strong understanding of major project management methodologies, including traditional and Agile approaches.
Proven experience in leading digital application projects.
Knowledge of Cloud technologies and various application deployment methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, with the ability to extract actionable insights to meet operational needs across departments.
Experience organizing user training sessions and delivering effective presentations to diverse organizational levels.
Proficiency in Google Suite for individual productivity and seamless internal collaboration.
Fluency in both Italian and English at an advanced professional level, with knowledge of French considered advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
