**About the role**
Reporting to Support Services Director, the IT Systems and Training Manager is responsible for the delivery of effective IT systems and capabilities to Te Omanga.
Key to this role is managing our technology service providers to ensure that the organisation's technology needs are met.
Day to day, you will:
Work with our third-party providers to ensure the smooth performance of IT and business technologies to enable our business operations to proceed uninterrupted,
Provide leadership and management of our IT systems,
Support and implement the development of innovative IT processes within Te Omanga Hospice,
Support our users to effectively use our IT systems.
**About you**
We are looking for someone who Is experienced in managing third parties and third party delivered services, has the ability to work both on the tools and in a lead capacity, and has strong communication and customer service skills.
