Location: IT, IT Job ID: IT AMS Senior Specialist We're looking for an IT AMS Senior Specialist to ensure that AMS activities run smoothly and all KPIs are met by monitoring, addressing, and facilitating supplier activities while collaborating with AMS and IT colleagues. The selected person will also support in improving the structure and performance of the AMS area to better meet and enhance business satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions aligned with the foundation's mission and company's strategy. Guarantee optimal performance of the AMS suppliers and services. Address and resolve major and critical issues and escalations, providing on-time resolutions by directing supplier activities. Support line manager in consolidating the structure and efficiency of the area. Constantly review AMS activities performed to identify weak points, ideate, and implement strategies and solutions for improvement. Define and implement a Service Catalog for Service Request and Standard Change. Monitor and guarantee efficiency of the Problem management activities. Support direct manager in budget & contracts management. Summarize and provide effective incident log and analysis outcomes to management in an easy-to-comprehend manner. Minimum Qualifications: At least 5-7 years of experience (FMCG, consultancy, automotive). Bachelor/Master Degree (STEM or finance). Strong familiarity with SAP (FI-CO, SD) and Service Now. Fluency in English and Italian. Strong team player with strong technical expertise and good verbal communication skills with business stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking to find innovative ideas, and a pragmatic approach to getting things done.
