Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities Located in Nestlé Milan Headquarters Permanent contract Full-time in the Milan HQ with flexibility to work remotely Position Summary You will be part of the Adoption and Change Team, which drives adoption of technology, enables new ways of working, and empowers individuals and teams to perform better. In this position, you will bridge the gap between technology and employees. Technologies in scope include modern workplace solutions (e.g. Microsoft 365, Viva Engage, Copilot for O365, IT Service Management solutions). You will work on assessing the impact new technologies have on Nestlé employees and create change management strategies for driving adoption and minimizing disruption. A Day in the Life of a Senior Adoption & Change Specialist: Work with IT Product Teams to define the case for change and assess the end-user impact Facilitate stakeholder mapping workshops to identify how different groups across the organization may be impacted by the change Create change management strategies to drive adoption of IT products Develop and execute communication plans for enterprise roll-outs of IT initiatives Where required, develop engaging content such as infographics, short videos, social media posts, and emails to support adoption and deployments of IT products Work with IT Product Teams to identify adoption targets and to measure them Create frameworks to enable employees to adopt more efficient ways of working and to make the most out of technology Work with regional managers and market teams to coordinate to cascade the deliverables produced and to get feedback Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or Information Technology 5 years experience in leading and managing change management initiatives, preferably in the implementation of technology solutions Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights from data into recommended actions and improvements Bonus Points If You Have the Following: Certification in change management, such as Prosci Change Management Certification or Agile Change Management Certification, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry best practices and frameworks Experience with content creation tools such as Canva Experience working in a global environment with virtual teams Only CVs submitted in English will be considered.
