IT Admin Specialist (Manufacturing Exp. w/ 100 Users Req.) Responsibilities • Provide IT support to office and plant personnel in Ohio
• Act as the primary contact for day-to-day IT issues, new requirements, and projects
• Oversee daily ticket operations for 2 locations, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
• Perform proactive system and equipment maintenance
• Reimage computers, install software, and replace equipment as needed
• Collaborate with IT teams outside of Ohio
• Administer and supervise applications within your expertise
• Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate third-party repairs
• Balance IT support (70%) with special projects (30%)
• Ensure reliable, secure IT services across all systems
• Create and update system documentation and user guides
• Conduct user training sessions as required
• Adhere to IT standards and policies
IT Admin Specialist (Manufacturing Exp. w/ 100 Users Req.) Qualifications • 5+ years of IT support experience is required
• IT experience in manufacturing supporting 100+ users is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft OS, PC maintenance, servers, networks, & VMware is required
• Experience managing an IT ticketing system is required
• Ability to work at the 2nd Ohio facility (90 minutes from Cleveland) 1 day per week is required
• Ability to work 100% on-site is required
